Cooked in water with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. After they have been cooked, drained and allowed to rest, we put them in jars and cover them with the filtered cooking water and balsamic vinegar. Sterilization by steam in this case too. They always make a delicious accompaniment to mixed boiled meats.
