Grappa made from Fortana grape pomace cl 500


Grappa obtained by distilling fresh pomace of Fortana grapes. Just after being drawn off the pomace is delivered to a small distillery, where the distiller immediately proceeds to process it by heating it with low-pressure heat using a small discontinuous system, made completely of copper, with a “cold-head column”. This method enables the pomace to retain its aromas and enhances its qualities.
