Fortana Condiment 500ml


Mosto Cotto Di Fortana (cooked Fortana grape must) and wine vinegar made from the same grape variety are combined and placed in a 250 litre cask, aged for 2 years and then bottled in an elegant 500 ml bottle. Excellent for dressing salads and as a condiment to accompany meats like roast beef or Grana cheese.
