Merlot Del Bosco Eliceo D.O.C. Still
Red wine obtained from the red grapes of the Merlot variety (100%).
Ruby-red in colour, characteristic bouquet of the variety, dry, velvety.
Food matches: boiled meats, feathered game, ripe cheeses.
Sparkling white wine with natural fermentation obtained from the white grapes of Trebbiano (70%) and Malvasia-Sauvignon (30%).
Straw-yellow in colour, delicate fruity bouquet, accentuated tanginess.
Food matches: goes well with fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
Sauvignon Del Bosco Eliceo D.O.C Still
Still white wine obtained from the white grapes of Sauvignon (100%).
Straw-yellow in colour, intense bouquet, characteristic of the variety.
Food matches: goes well with hors d’oeuvre and fish dishes.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Vigna Vecchia Barrique
Red wine obtained from the best Merlot and Fortana grapes, selected in particular vineyards and aged in small oaken casks.
Ruby-red in colour, tending to garnet, very fine bouquet, intense flavour.
Only a limited number of bottles are produced.
Food matches: goes well with important main courses.
Grappa Di Fortana
Single-variety grappa obtained by distilling fresh pomace of Fortana grapes.
Alcohol content: 42% Vol.
